Erkan Doğanay
Erkan Doğanay is a Disaster and Emergency Management Expert and he has been working for 8 years as Head of Group at the National Disaster and Emergency Management Center.
He is graduated in sociology and has a master degree on Science and Technology Policies. He has participated into several national and international disasters, namely emergency and humanitarian aid operations such as Van earthquake, Kutahya earthquake, Japan earthquake, Nepal earthquake, population movement from Syria to Turkey.
He has attended different types of training at UN, NATO, EU, etc. He has been focal point for two EU-funded projects.
